We are pleased to announce that we have completed our Seed II equity raise to support the rapid growth the business has seen over the last year with the support of Shawpoint as our corporate finance advisor.
Using a combination of market leading technology and on the ground agents with local knowledge and expertise, has proven to be a winning formula.
We have achieved continual growth in the last 12 months with both residential and corporate clients, whilst sustaining excellent third-party service ratings. The Seed II raise will allow us to develop further services and expand our letting agent coverage across the UK.
We are currently in discussions with potential partners about our options to grow the business into other EMEA countries and we are also aiming to execute an institutional raise in the second half of this year to further amplify the current expansion.
