We're really pleased to team up with amazing and experienced professionals who will deliver an amazing service to local landlords in their respective cities.   A 10.2% increase in annual rents in Cardiff, and an 11% annual increase in Edinburgh show how strong the markets are right now, and an average time to let a property of 14 days in Cardiff & just 10 days in Edinburgh shows how popular these areas are with tenants and just how much demand there is for properties in this area.
