In June, we finally had the release of the Renter’s Reform Bill, and got a good look at how the proposed changes could affect landlords, tenants, and letting agents alike.
The conclusion that we and a lot of our colleagues in the private rented sector made from the information and changes laid out was that if you’re a good landlord who stays up to date with regulations, looks after your property, and works hard to give suitable accommodation to your tenants then you don’t have anything to worry about.
