A hybrid agent has been named lettings agency of the year by comparison website Rentround.
Accommodation.co.uk has won the award after being the most selected agent by landlords on the comparison site.
Rentround says over 30,000 landlords have used the platform in the recently-completed first 12 months of operation.
Some 10,000 leads were generated for the 1,000 or so agents who have subscribed to the service.
“I’m pleased with the amount of agents that joined our platform in our first year. We’ve got a ranging selection across small boutique agents to online nationwide agencies” says co-founder Raj Dosanjh.
Now Rentround says it’s going to announce another 10 lettings operators on the site by the end of 2020 and it will expand in January by providing comparisons for estate agencies as well as lettings operators.
